2. It's called Authentic German Home Style Recipes.

3. I'm sorry I didn't find the two recipes that you wanted.

4. But I thought i'd send this one, it was our very favorite while we were there.

5. Beat steaks until thin and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6. Dip into flour, then egg mixture, and finally, bread crumbs.

7. Fry in shortening until brown on both sides.
