1/3 Cup Peach
1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Confectionery Sugar (optional)
1/2 Cup Butter softened
1/4 Cup Honey Or Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade (tart)
1/2 Cup Butter softened
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or more to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon to taste
1/2 Cup Butter softened
1/3 Cup Strawberry
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice depending on the
1/2 Teaspoon Confectionery Sugar (optional)

1. For each flavor of butter, whip butter with electric mixer in a small bowl until smooth and fluffy; gradually add remaining ingredients.

2. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

3. Notes: These are especially great for those who like to keep refined sugar to a minimum.

4. Just use naturally sweetened, no sugar added preserves, omit the sugar and use honey and then use them on French Toast or Pancakes, waffles, of even toast.
