1 Pound Cooked Ham 1 Pound Ground fully cooked ham
1 Pound Pork Sausage 1 Pound Bulk pork sausage crumbled, fried and drained
1 1/2 Cups Soft Bread Crumbs 1 1/2 Cups Soft bread crumbs OR crisp cereal
1/2 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Milk plus extra
2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley 2 Tablespoons Dried parsley flakes
1 Tablespoon Radish 1 Tablespoon Prepared horseradish drained

1. In a large bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs.

2. Add the ham, sausage, bread crumbs, milk, parsley and horseradish; mix well.

3. Press into a greased 6-cup ring mold. Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.

4. Towards the end of the baking time, prepare scrambled eggs with the remaining eggs, seasoning as desired.

5. Remove ring from oven and drain juices; unmold into a serving platter.

6. Fill the center with scrambled eggs. Serve immediately.
