Ingredients:
20 Ounces Pineapples
1 Banana peeled
1 1/2 Cups Skim Milk chilled
1/4 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla or orange flower water; optional
1. Pineapple Shake: makes 4 servings Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup juice.
2. Measure 1/2 cup pineapple chunks and save remainder for other use.
3. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
