1. In a large skillet, fry the Spam and potatoes on medium heat until the potatoes are almost done.
2. Whip the eggs and water together and add to the potatoes/Spam mixture.
3. With a spatula, push egg mixture from the edge to the center of the pan, all around, until the eggs are almost set.
4. Reduce heat to low, sprinkle egg mixture with chile powder, cover and let sit until the eggs are done to your preference.
