Ingredients:

4 Eggs hardboiled, chopped
1 Pie Crust single crust
3 Slices Ham Cubed
4 Tablespoons Butter or margarine or
2 Cups Cream heavy
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg ground
8 Onions green
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Brie
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Parmesan

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Cover pie crust with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake 5 minutes more.

3. Remove pie crust and reduce heat to 325. Julienne ham.

4. Chop all of green onions. In skillet, saute ham until browned.

5. Remove and set aside. Saute onion until tender.

6. Remove with slotted spoon and combine with ham.

7. Spread on bottom of pie shell. Spread Brie over ham mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan.

8. Combine eggs, cream, and nutmeg, and pour over cheese.

9. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve.
