4 Slices Bacon 4 Slices Bacon chopped
4 Eggs 4 Eggs separated, plus 2 egg yolks
1 Cup Half And Half 1 Cup Half and half (or milk)
1 Cup Swiss Cheese 1 Cup Grated Swiss cheese
2 Cups Broccoli 2 Cups Broccoli flowerets **
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/8 Teaspoon Garlic powder ;
1/8 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon Lemon pepper ;

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Cook bacon until crisp, set aside. Beat eggs with cream and cheese.

3. Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper.

4. Crumble bacon. Stir 1/2 of crumbled bacon into egg mixture.

5. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
