Ingredients:

1 Package Broccoli 1 Package (10 Oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup 1 Can Cream of chicken soup (1 can)
1 Tablespoon Flour 1 Tablespoon Flour bleached, sifted
1/2 Cup Sour Cream 1/2 Cup Sour cream
1/4 Cup Carrot 1/4 Cup Grated carrot
1 Dash Pepper 1 Dash Pepper hot red
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
1 Tablespoon Onion 1 Tablespoon Onion chopped
1/4 Cup Croutons 1/4 Cup Seasoned croutons
2 Tablespoons Margarine 2 Tablespoons Melted margarine

Directions:

1. Cook broccoli according to package directions.

2. Drain. In a bowl mix together soup and sour cream.

3. Add broccoli, flour, carrot, salt, pepper and onion.

4. Mix. Put mixture in a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

5. Arrange croutons on top along outside edges.

6. Drizzle croutons with melted margarine. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
