Ingredients:
1 Bunch Broccoli (about 1-1/4 pounds), cut into spears
2. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
3. NOTES: I cut the broccoli into smaller pieces and used white cooking wine instead of water.
