Ingredients:

1 1/2 Pounds Broccoli trimmed
2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil (2-4 T)
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce plus 1 teaspoon
1 Teaspoon Cornstarch divided
1 Tablespoon Honey (45 ml)
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Hot Sauce (opt.)
1/4 Cup Almond for garnish, OR chopped, optional

Directions:

1. Wash broccoli and cut off broccoli flowerets.

2. Slice stems 1/4 inch thick. In large skillet or wok, heat oil; stir-fry broccoli 5 minutes until crisp-tender.

3. In small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add honey, ginger and hot pepper sauce.

4. Pour over broccoli. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
