Ingredients:

6 Tomatoes
10 oz Frozen Broccoli chopped
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 cup Soft Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Onions chopped
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated

Directions:

1. Wash tomatoes; cut tops from tomatoes, scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.

2. Reserve pulp for other use. Sprinkle cavities of tomatoes with salt and pepper.

3. Cook broccoli. Drain well. Combine broccoli, cheese, bread crumbs, mayonnaise and onion.

4. Mix well. Stuff tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
