Broccoli and Cheese Pasta

Ingredients:

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper to taste
1 Cup Chicken Broth divided use
8 Angel Hair Pasta cooked
1 Olive Oil finely
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme Leaves oregano, lemon juice
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese if desired
4 Cups Broccoli florets
2 Cheddar Cheese cubed

Directions:

1. In a large skillet, stir fry broccoli in oil until crisp and tender.

2. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Add the broth, cheese, thyme, and pepper to the pan.

3. Whisk until creamy. Return the broccoli to the pan, stir to coat, and remove for the heat.

4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta until tender.

5. Drain and add to the broccoli mixture. Toss to combine.

Does the recipe call for 2 CUPS of cheddar cheese cubed? The cheddar cheese isn't mentioned in the directions.
