1 Pound Broccoli 1 Pound Broccoli cuts
1/4 Cup Onion 1/4 Cup Finely chopped onion
2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour 2 Tablespoons All-purpose flour
1/4 Cup Water 1/4 Cup Water Heated To 105F
4 Eggs 4 Eggs separated, plus 2 egg yolks
1 1/4 Cups Milk 1 1/4 Cups Milk (evaporated is best)
4 Drops Hot Sauce 4 Drops Hot sauce up to 6
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon Freshly ground pepper ;
Cup Swiss Cheese Cup (2 3/4 ounces) shredded swiss cheese
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese 1/3 Cup Grated parmesan cheese

1. Toss together first 3 ingredients.

2. Combine 1/4 cup water and next 6 ingredients.

3. Stir in vegetables, and pour into a greased 10-inch pieplate.

4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until set.

5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 1 (10-inch) pie.
