Broccoli with Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar or 2 tablespoons red
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh, not bottled
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil finely
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard or spicy brown
6 Cups Broccoli cut into florets

Directions:

1. Cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces.

2. Steam for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp.

3. meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing.

4. When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss into dressing.
