2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In medium bowl, using wire whisk, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
4. In bowl of food processor fitted with metal blade, process chopped broccoli and egg until smooth.
5. Add milk and process 1 minute. Transfer broccoli mixture to bowl containing flour mixture.
6. Add rice and cheese; stir ingredients together, mixing well.
7. Spoon mixture onto baking sheet. Using a rubber spatula, spread mixture into about 10 x 13 rectangle.
8. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes.
9. Gently slide a metal spatula underneath layer to loosen.
10. When cooled, slide onto work surface and cut out dinosaur (or any favorite) shapes using a cookie cutter.
11. To freeze, wrap tightly in plastic wrap; reheat in microwave.
