Broiled Bluefish Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Honey (45 ml)
1/2 Cup Mustard prepared
1/2 Cup Vinegar cider
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce to taste
1 Tablespoon Parsley flakes (optional)
2 Teaspoons Pepper Sauce hot
1 Teaspoon Salt (I used reduced sodium)
1 Teaspoon Cornstarch or arrowroot mixed with

Directions:

1. Blend honey and mustard in saucepan over low heat.

2. Stir in vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, parsley flakes, pepper sauce and salt.

3. Add cornstarch or arrowroot and cook, stirring, over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.

4. Makes about 1-1/2 cup of basting for grilled or broiled Bluefish.
