Broiled Catfish Steaks

Ingredients:

16 Ounces Catfish
1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Vinegar wine
1 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon Fresh Dill minced
1/8 Teaspoon Paprika Sweet -- optional
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper red bell
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil vegetable
1 Unit Vegetable Cooking Spray
1 Unit Lemon (Opt.)
1 Unit Fresh Dill

Directions:

1. Rinse steaks under cold, running water; pat dry and set aside.

2. Combine tomato sauce and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

3. Brush half of mixture over 1 side of steaks.

4. Coat rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray.

5. Place steaks on rack; broil 4-5" from heat. Carefully turn fish over; brush with remaining tomato mixture.

6. Broil an additional 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
