Broiled Marinated Shrimp

1 1/2 Pounds Shrimp deveined shrimp
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice depending on the
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil use a good one
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme Leaves
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine
2 Unit Cloves Of Garlic minced (up to 4)
2 1/2 Teaspoons Creole Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper red bell
3 Tablespoons Green Onions

1. Thaw shrimp if frozen.

2. In a 2-quart bowl, combine shrimp, lemon juice, olive oil, green onions, garlic, creole seasoning, pepper and thyme.

3. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Drain shrimp, reserving marinade.

4. Place shrimp on a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from source of heat 5 to 8 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender.

5. Garnish with parsley. In a 1-quart saucepan, combine reserved marinade and butter.
