2 Slices Italian Bread 1 inch thick
2 Teaspoons Margarine chilled cut into small pieces
1 Unit Tomato
1 Unit Zucchini
1 Unit Onion
1 Unit Pepper
1 Unit Garlic Powder ;
1 Unit Basil fresh chopped
1 Unit Pepper hot red
2 Ounces Skim Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) shredded

Directions:

1. Spread bread with 1 teaspoon margarine on each.

2. Top with tomato, zucchini, onion, and green pepper slices.

3. Sprinkle with garlic powder, basil, and pepper; top with cheese.

4. Broil until browned on edges and cheese is melted.
