Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.2. Add shrimp, and refrigerate at least 2 hours.3. Remove shrimp from marinade; place shrimp in a 15- x 10- x 1-inch baking pan.4. Pour enough marinade over shrimp to coat but not cover (about 1 cup).5. Broil 3 minutes; turn shrimp over, and broil 3 minutes or until done.
