1. In blender, combine all sauce ingredients; blend on high speed until well mixed.
2. Set aside. In small bowl, combine butter, parsley and lemon juice; mix well.
3. Brush butter mixture over snapper fillets. If desired, sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper.
4. Place fillets on broiler pan, skin side down.
5. Broil 4 to 6 inches for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
