This broiled sole with Mustard Sauce Recipe is part of the diabetic Fish recipes section. obviously, it is out of the question for us to prepare every single one the diabetic Fish recipes to ensure that all the recipes are totally adapted for diabetics.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Pounds Sole
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard or any other
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Unit Ground Pepper to tast
1 Lemon cut into wedges

Directions:

1. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Arrange fillets so they don't overlap each other.

3. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and pepper and mix thoroughly.

4. Spread the mixture evenly over the fillets. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

5. Arrange fillets on a serving platter, garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
