1 Dash Pepper 1 Dash Pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter 1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter small lump
1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
1 Cup Celery 1 Cup Chopped celery

2. Heat to boiling. Stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes.

3. Cook onions, celery and garlic in butter until tender, stir into cooked rice.
