1 Package Brownie Mix
1/2 Gallon Mint Chocolate
8 Ounces Cool Whip thawed (8-oz)
20 Unit Maraschino Cherries
6 Ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips (about 1 1/4 cups)
2 Tablespoons Butter or margarine (up to 3)
14 Ounces Condensed Milk no
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla or orange flower water; optional

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Prepare, bake and cool brownie mix according to directions.

3. Cool completely. Cut into 20 servings. For fudge sauce, combine chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk and vanilla extract in medium saucepan.

4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and slightly thickened.

5. For each serving, place brownie on plate. Top with scoop of ice cream and dollop of cool whip.
