Ingredients:
1/2 Teaspoon Olive Oil or corn oil
1/2 Cup Onion chopped
1 Cup Ketchup (family size bottle)
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar packed
1/4 Cup Water reserved from cooking
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar OR equal combination OF
2. Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, and paprika.
3. Bring to a boil. Add sauerkraut. Cover and reduce heat.
4. Simmer 10 minutes. Add turkey. Simmer, uncovered, until turkey is heated through and sauce has thickened.
