Directions:
1. Cream butter and 1 cup powdered sugar until well blended.2. Gradually add salt, vanilla and flour (mixture will be stiff).3. Stir in chocolate pieces. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.4. Flatten balls with fork. Bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes until set but not brown.5. While hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Remove to wire racks to cool.
