Butter Pecan Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter softned
1 Cup Pecan optional
1 Cup Brown Sugar packed
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream or 1 can (5 3/8 oz) evaporated milk
2. Add pecan. Heat until pecans are lightly toasted and butter is lightly browned.
3. Stir in brown sugar, cream and corn syrup; cook gently until sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Do not overcook. Serve warm or cold. This sauce will become an all-time favorite.
5. Serve this on ice cream or cake. Delicious.
