Butter Tart Squares

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Butter softned
2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar up to 6
1 1/2 Cups Flour whole wheat
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar heaping
1/4 Cup Butter melted
2 Unit Eggs beaten
1 Tablespoon Vinegar wine
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Cup Raisin soaked for an hour in:

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F Cream butter and sugar.

2. Blend in flour. Turn dough into ungreased 9\" square pan and pat down.

3. Bake 5 minutes. Whisk all filling ingredients together until blended.

4. Pour over base. Continue to bake 25-30 minutes or just until filling is set and doesn\'t jiggle in centre.

5. Cool completely, then cut in squares. Makes 16 squares.
