1/2 Pound Shrimp 1/2 Pound Shrimp peeled and devined
3 Tablespoons Romano Cheese 3 Tablespoons Romano cheese Shredded
1/4 Cup White Wine 1/4 Cup White wine (optional)
2 Centiliters Garlic 2 Centiliters Mashed garlic
1/2 Pound Fresh Mushrooms 1/2 Pound Fresh mushrooms sliced
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Salt (I used reduced sodium)
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice depending on the

Directions:

1. Cook the spaghetti and drain.

2. Combine the garlic, shrimp and mushrooms and cook slowly for 5 minutes in a saute pan, tossing lightly.

3. Add the spaghetti to the shrimp mixture. Add the cheese, salt, white wine and lemon juice.
