1 Unit Raw Shrimp cleaned
6 Slices Bacon
3 Tablespoons Ketchup (optional)
3 Tablespoons White Vinegar OR equal combination OF
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger grated
6 Unit Green Onions chopped (optional)
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce oil, honey and brown sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder up to 3
2 Tablespoons Apricots or peach preserves

1. Butterfly shrimp by cutting down back--flatten and leave tail on.

2. Fry bacon; remove from skillet. Fry shrimp in grease until they turn white.

3. Set aside. Mix rest of ingredients and bring to boil.

4. Pour over shrimp and top with bacon pieces. Place under broiler for 5 minutes.

5. Serve with carrot curls and hunks of sweet pickle.
