1 Egg beaten with 2 TBL water
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda dissolved in
2 Teaspoons Salt black pepper
2 Cups Buttermilk or low-fat sour cream

1. Combine egg, buttermilk and water; add salt and soda.

2. Stir in enough corn meal until of cake batter consistency.

3. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes in a well greased 10" pan.
