Butterscotch Cinnamon Glaze

Ingredients:
1/4 Package Butterscotch
2 Tablespoons Butter small lump
2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream or if desired instead 1 quart half and half
1. In medium saucepan, combine Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels, butter, heavy cream, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
3. Cool 20 minutes. Excellent on sponge or angel food cake.
4. Drizzle glaze over cake. Makes about 1/2 cup glaze.
