This is a fairly simple recipe and is great if you could add some nuts, fruits and some custard paste for more extra fat and taste.

Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in corn syrup, salt and milk. 2. Stir over medium heat until brown sugar melts and mixture begins to simmer; set aside.3. In a small bowl, beat eggs until blended. 4. Stir about 1 cup hot milk mixture into eggs. Stir egg mixture into remaining milk mixture.5. Cook and stir over low heat until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk, whipping cream and vanilla.6. Cool to room temperature. Pour into ice cream canister. 7. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
