This is an easy but delicious dessert recipe. The hardest part is beating the egg whites to form stiff peaks. The ingredients this recipe requires you probably already have in your pantry.

Ingredients:

1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs (separated)
2 cups Milk
2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
2 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Sugar white

Directions:

1. Mix flour and brown sugar, adding beaten egg yolks and milk gradually.

2. Put on to boil and thicken, stir constantly. Take off heat.

3. Add butter and mix well. Pour into buttered pie dish.

4. Beat egg whites with white sugar until meringue consistency and pile on top.

5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 340 degrees F until meringue is nicely brown.
