Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

Recipe Tags: Cookie Recipes

Date Added: May 30, 2016
This is a great way to use a pudding mix. The cookies taste just like butterscotch. I have also made this trading the butterscotch for other flavors like pistachio. That one turns a pale green. Kids love it!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Shortening
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 oz Butterscotch Pudding mix
1 1/2 cups Oats
1 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Cream Of Tartar
