Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Tablespoon Flour A/P
1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard (2 oz)
1 Teaspoon Salt ; (optional)
1 Teaspoon Pepper sweet red
1 Teaspoon Paprika to taste
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper to taste
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic minced
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder or as desired
1/2 Cup Water hot, as needed
1/2 Cup Vinegar wine
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth (maybe 2 cups)
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezd

Directions:

1. Smoke cook pork, then shred finely.

2. Heat sauce ingredients 20 minutes but do not boil.

3. Pour on pork and steep overnight. Skim fat and make pork patties.
