4. DRESSING: 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. pepper 2 tsp.
5. Accent salt 2 tsp. salt, 6 tbsp. rice vinegar 1/2 c.
6. oil. Mix all ingredients but the oil together.
7. Dissolve sugar, salt by stirring, or microwave.
8. Then add oil. Mix together. When ready to serve, add dressing to cabbage mix and stir well.
