Cabbage-Sausage-Beef Goulash

Ingredients:

1 Pound Pork Sausage country-style
1 Pound Ground Beef lean
1 Unit Onion
28 Ounces Tomatoes
6 Ounces Tomato Paste 6 oz.can
2 Tablespoons Vinegar wine
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder or to taste
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder up to 3
1/4 Teaspoon Flakes Red Pepper (to taste)
10 Cups Cabbage

Directions:

1. The spiciness of the pork depends upon your taste.

2. Experiment with a mixture of mild and hot. In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain well.

3. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage, mix well.

4. Stir in cabbage and simmer 20-25 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
