1 lb Chinese Cabbage Finely Shredded
3/4 cup Red Bell Pepper Thinly Sliced
2 tablespoons Green Onions Finely Chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Finely Chopped
1/4 cup Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Red Pepper
1 Clove Of Garlic Sliced

1. Combine Cabbage, Red Pepper, Green Onions & Cilantro in A Large Bowl. Toss & Set Aside.

2. Combine Lime Juice, Oil, Salt, Red Pepper Flakes & Garlic in A Small bowl, Stirring With A Wire Whisk Until Well Blended.

3. Pour Lime Juice mixture Over Cabbage Mixture, Tossing Well.

4. Cover & Chill Thoroughly.
