Caerphilly Scones

These quick scones take literally minutes to make and are a hit at any breakfast table. The addition of Caerphilly cheese really makes these biscuits into something special!

Directions:
1. Sift the flour and salt together.2. Rub in the butter. Grate the cheese and stir with the sugar into the flour mixture.3. Add the milk slowly until a soft, firm dough is formed.4. Turn on to a floured board and roll out until 2 inches thick.5. Cut into rounds and place on a greased baking tray.6. Brush with milk and cook in a hot oven (425 F) for 10 minutes, Serve hot and buttered.
