A quick recipe, especially if you have all the ingredients on hand. A good alternative to anchovies would be chopping ripe green olives in a food processor. Nice salty flavor!


2 Anchovy Fillets
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1. Chop and mash the anchovy fillets on a cutting board. Put in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.

3. Cover and chill.

4. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Seafood, Deli Roast Beef Or Turkey, Radishes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas
