Caesar Potato Salad

Here's a potato salad that can rival any you've ever tasted. The sauce is like no other you have ever tasted.

Ingredients:

3 lbs Red Potatoes
1 Parsley bunch chopped
3 Scallions chopped
5 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
1/2 Lemon squeezed
1 Garlic clove
1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
3/4 cup White Vinegar
1 Egg white

Directions:

1. Boil potatoes in skins for about 15 minutes, or until soft

2. Chill potatoes, quarter, and set aside 3. Puree egg white, and garlic

3. Add Teriyaki sauce, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice then pulse to combine thoroughly.

4. Gently toss dressing with potatoes, but save some as there will be extra that can be added individually
