A drink to impress you're friends. Great tasting and has a good kick with the orange liqeueur and brandy. Might take someone a few tries to perfect this drink but its worth working on. Step 2 is always fun to perform in front of guests and friends. I recommend everyone to atleast try this one its amazing!!
1. Combine sugar, cinnamon, cloves and citrus rinds in a chafing dish or medium skillet; heat until sugar begins to dissolve.
2. Add citrus slices, liqueur and brandy; heat. Half fill a metal ladle with some of the hot liquid and carefully ignite.
3. Add to mixture in pan to ignite, ladling to distribute flavors.
4. When flame dies, add coffee; heat. Serve in demitasse cups; garnish with curls of lemon and orange rind if desired.
