Easy to make, a very wonderful drink to have in the morning. Tastes amazing and is very easy to make in the morning. Just make sure you have zest julienne slices and cloves in suply or you might have to take a trip to the supermarket. I personally enjoy drinking this.
1. In a large saucepan, heat 6 cups of water with the brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and cloves over moderately high heat until the mixture is hot, but do not let it boil.
2. Add the coffee, bring the mixture to a boil, and boil it, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
3. Strain the coffee through a fine sieve and serve in coffee cups with the orange zest.
