Great to make when you have guests over. Very delicious drink and its somewhat more complicated then making any normal type of coffee. But its worth the effort and you wont regret it.

Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan; add coffee granules, stirring to dissolve.2. Add sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, and nutmeg; reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.3. Add milk; cook until heated, stirring frequently.4. (Do not boil). Pour mixture into container of an electric blender; cover and process 30 seconds.5. Pour 3/4 cup into each of 4 coffee cups; top each with 2 tablespoons Creamy Topping.6. (Reserve remaining topping for another use). Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
