This is a great recipe, simple and delicious. The red pepper and garlic powder will give it a great aroma as well as a mouthwatering flavor!

Directions:
1. Combine all seasonings and dust all surfaces of ribs with mixture.
2. Prepare medium-hot coals in covered grill, banking coals when hot.
3. Grill ribs over indirect heat 1 to 1 1/2 hours, turning every 15 minutes.
