Cajun Banana Smoothie

A banana smoothie with a kick! This smoothie gets its unique taste from a little bit of rum and brandy, as well as some tropical ingredients.

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Bananas Large sliced Thin
1/2 cup Fresh Strawberry sliced Thin
1/4 cup Skim Milk
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Banana Yogurt
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Banana Brandy
1/4 teaspoon Orange peel grated
3 Mint Leaves
3 Strawberries Whole

Directions:

1. Place bananas & strawberries in a bowl and freeze.

2. Remove after frozen & place in a blender.

3. Add skim milk, yogurt, orange peel, & sugar. blend at medium speed until thick.

4. Add rum & brandy.

5. Pour into a chilled champagne saucer.

6. Arrange strawberries,banana slices, & mint on long toothpicks.

7. Rotate into drink & serve.
