This is a great dish that is easy to prepare the night before and great for a quick snack, dinner or to pack in an ice chest and take to the river!

Ingredients:

2 1/2 lb Chicken Wings separated
3/4 cup Plain Yogurt
2/3 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce .
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cajun Seasoning
Vegetable Oil for frying

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, hot sauce and garlic.

2. Add chicken and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

3. The following day, mix together flour and Cajun seasonings in a bowl.

4. Remove chicken from the marinade and coat evenly in flour mixture.

5. In a wok or deep fryer, heat oil to 370 F (This can be achieved by heating over medium high heat).

6. Use enough oil to cover 4 to 5 chicken wings at a time.

7. Deep fry wings for approximately 8 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
