Trying to decide what to do with that bag of frozen shrimp that's been in the freezer for a month? This recipe is a simple and delicious solution.

Ingredients:

1 Onion chopped med
2 tablespoons Margarine
1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
1 Celery stalk chopped
1 Bay Leaf
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
6 oz Tomato Paste
2 cups Water
1/4 cup Triple Sec
2 cups Shrimp not Cooked

Directions:

1. Melt margarine, add onion, green pepper and celery.

2. Saute until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except shrimp.

3. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
