Cajun Fish Fillets
Date Added: January 30, 2013
The mildness of the white fish combined with the spiciness of the cajun seasoning makes for a good combination to serve to those that don't like their food too spicy. Add more cajun seasoning to taste if more spiciness is desired.
1. Melt butter over med-hi heat in skillet. 2. Stir in 1 Tbsp Cajun's Choice and garlic and stir constantly for 2 minutes to cook garlic. 3. Stop the cooking of the butter and garlic by adding Vermouth or white wine. 4. Stir constantly and cook for 1 minute. Add fish fillets and cook until fish flakes apart. 5. Squeeze lemon over fish. (This recipe works well with snapper, sole, cod perch or salmon). Comments on Cajun Fish Fillets Recipe:
